ZIM Laboratories establishes ZIM Laboratories SpA in Chile to grow its LATAM pharmaceutical business As on : 18-Sep-26  09:22

ZIM LABORATORIES LIMITED announced the incorporation of its wholly owned subsidiary, ZIM Laboratories SpA, in Santiago, Republic of Chile, on September 9, 2026. The subsidiary, incorporated with a cash consideration, will focus on expanding and developing the company’s pharmaceutical business in the Latin America (LATAM) region, with ZIM Laboratories Limited subscribing to 14,100 shares at a face value of Chilean Pesos 1,000 each, resulting in 100% shareholding.
